Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied toward your total balance. 2. Payment: Full payment must be made 24 hours before the session or upon service completion. Payments can be made Zelle, PayPal, bank transfer. 3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the scheduled service. Changes made after this timeframe may incur a fee. 4. Cancellations: Cancellations made within hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 5. File Submission (for Editing Services): For photo editing services, all images must be submitted in high-resolution format. Poor-quality files may limit editing capabilities. 6. Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time for editing services is 1-3 business days, depending on the project's complexity. Rush editing is available for an additional fee. 7. Copyright and Usage: Edited images may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. 8. Liability: While utmost care is taken, Viridis Studio is not responsible for unforeseen technical issues that may arise during the editing process. 9. Agreement: Booking with Viridis Studio indicates agreement to all terms stated in this policy.
